Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
BlueJeans is used for video conferencing across our entire company. We host individual meetings, team meetings, and our global all-hands using the service.

- Easy integration into other services
- Allowing admins more access to retrieving meeting recordings
- Collaboration between employees all over the world has made business better overall.
- The most recent updates to the BlueJeans app that include remote control of a user's computer by the other party on the call has made supporting remote users with IT issues much easier because they can use a tool they're already familiar with and I can do everything I'd be able to do with physical access to the computer from a support standpoint.
