Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is currently used every day for meetings with fellow employees and customers.
  • Integrates well with Google Calendar
  • Call quality is usually excellent
  • Adding link for meetings is easy
  • Connecting to meetings can be unintuitive for a new user
  • Calls are dropped
  • Allows for business to occur remotely and all over the globe
  • Lessens the interactions employees need to make with the IT team
  • Zoom
I have briefly used Zoom with a friend and found the interface to be confusing. I much preferred BJ's UI.
Pretty easy experience. Vary rarely encounter issues with joining.
Well suited for office environments with remote employees. Allows for connections to follow employees all over the world. Allows for the user to hold meetings with minimal contact with the office AV/IT team.
