Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
I use BlueJeans myself to have meetings with members of my Facebook Group and can broadcast the meeting on the Group Page.
We talk about spirituality and grief and sometimes have Q&As or interviews with special guests. It is easy to use and join in from your computer or smartphone. Very happy with the product.

Pros
- Facebook webcasting. It is easy to stream the meeting on Facebook for everyone to watch and comment.
- Moderator control. It is easy to close /open meeting, mute participants.
- Calendar. It is easy to organize your event by posting them in the calendar that supports Google/iOS calendar.
Cons
- Not many people use it or know what it is, so it's not very straightforward as I have always to explain what kind of platform it is, where to find it.
- Sometimes the quality of the video streamed on FB is poor.
- When someone closes the page to look at something else during a meeting the window with their face disappears, which makes it a bit confusing when the meeting is streamed with all the participants in the same screen.
- Made it possible to have meetings with people on the other side of the world, so I got to know them and exchange ideas.
- Made it possible to have an interview and Q&A which were seen by many people thanks to FB integration.
- My organization is a non-profit.
- Zoom
Zoom is a great platform and it is very well known in the environment my organization works in, which is a plus. However, it is very expensive and the features offered with a free subscription are very limited. BlueJeans offer great features at a good price, which for my organization which is a non-profit, is great.
