Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
I don't mind BlueJeans and I love their support. Their interface is slightly clunky making it semi-difficult to use for my users. We use the individual BlueJeans account and we also use the Primetime service. There are many factors to a BlueJeans meeting and I love the fact I can run reports after meeting to help determine any issues, if applicable.
Pros
- Their support is great and get back to you in a very timely manner.
- Data reports. Very good tool to use if you're having any issues.
- Ability to record. I work in healthcare and am not able to record certain thing due to sensitive information.
- Primetime account, which can host up to 5000 endpoints.
Cons
- Adding a moderator during the meeting/event.
- It had a positive ROI overall for us.
We use BlueJeans for external meetings and our All Hands meetings/events.
