Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

About half teams use it right now. Transitioning out of Join.me has not been the smoothest as people push it off. We have made the decision to move to BlueJeans. Consulting implementation teams use it the most

  • Managing users during a meeting
  • Consistent and changeable meeting ID

Cons

  • Making a meeting with a different meeting ID
  • Recording meetings
  • Speed dial doesn’t work for some meeting IDs
  • Shorter business cycles
  • Easy for ad hoc meetings
  • Easy to share
Join.me sucked in user experience. WebEx was too expensive.
