Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

During our implementation of Slack, we integrated with BlueJeans and now use it company-wide for all video conference calls/meetings.

Pros

  • The screen share function is great.
  • The screen recordings are smooth and easy to record and review.
  • The quality of the video and audio is as good as I've seen.
  • There are very few calls with 'glitches'.

Cons

  • Ability to record a certain portion of the screen only.
  • We were struggling with Skype for the longest time and finally made the jump to BlueJeans. It works exactly as I hoped and as I would expect with very little downtime.
BlueJeans is on par or better than all of the other options out there. There are others that have a wider audience so you may encounter people who have never heard of [BlueJeans] which can cause some initial concern on their part, but the user interface is easy and login is easy so it never really is an issue.
Everything is easy and works as would be expected even for new users.
I love the integration with Slack but really it just works easily and well.
