Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events (formerly Primetime)
BlueJeans is used across the organisation globally in all departments. It cuts out travel for the most part.
- Easy to use
- Can be rated at the end of the call so it enables continuous feedback
- Record button could be added by default
- Prime time not easy to understand (participant)
- Default location should be on the first line when connecting for a call
- Skype for Business (formerly Lync)
I am still not sure why we have BlueJeans over Skype for Business. One advantage of Skype over BlueJeans is the ability to initiate a call spontaniously especially if I am chatting and then I realise I would rather have a call.
