Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

BlueJeans is used for both internal and external meetings at our company for when people need to screen share within the same office or are remote. I use the integration with Google Calendar that allows attendees to dial indirectly from an event on the calendar.
  • Integrates with Google Calendar
  • Mobile app for VOIP calls
  • Recording a session isn't easy, and can't always be found even by the event organizer who owns the calendar invite.
  • It's an app you have to download, which causes delays for first-time BlueJeans users hopping on a meeting.
  • Huge ROI. If we didn't have a reliable web call system, we wouldn't be able to talk to customers and close deals from afar.
  • Ease of recruiting
GoToMeeting is more helpful for recording sessions, but BlueJeans has an easier-to-use mobile app and polling system. BlueJeans is about on par with Zoom in terms of reliability and functionality, in my experience.
-Embedding in calendar invites for remote employees or customers to dial into a meeting when you're not all in a room together.
