Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We are a corporate training company and we use BlueJeans for delivering our workshops to some clients. The instructors of our company use it on a frequent basis. Since we can't deliver our training face to face anymore, we have adopted new technologies in order to be able to connect with our participants.

- Security and encription
- Good connection
- Invoice and customer service. They use a third party for invoicing and are very troublesome when you need support.
- Chat feature is limited
- For some participants, it's difficult to navigate and find back buttons when in breakout rooms.
- It has allowed us to continue our business.
- It provides great features most other platforms do not.
- Zoom and Microsoft Teams
I would say BlueJeans is just like Zoom. Same features, same reliability. Some of our clients prefer BlueJeans because of security issues, which Zoom has fixed, but still, they prefer to be in the safe zone.
Against Microsoft Teams, BlueJeans is much better. Has the features we need for our training sessions and Teams has been a nightmare.
