Easy to use, great audio quality, outstanding mobile app
Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
Mostly we use it with our customers. Practically we have daily meetings with our customers, and we have been using it for 2 years. We have never received any complains about the service. It's easy to login via PC or telephone. What I love about it, is that you can leave the room open, with no password and anyone can use it from my organization.

- When I changed audio device, it sometimes crashes.
- When someone shares their screen, sometimes the image is freezing.

What I like about BJ vs others, is the easy way to handle users, audio quality. Sometimes when I need to use other brands because of customer meetings, I do not feel comfortable, as the access to menu or settings are not easy to use.
