Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

We are using BJ for business meetings with internal organization and with third-party suppliers and customers and between countries. Using the call function and presentation function mostly.
  • Good presentation options.
  • Clarity of calls.
  • Troubleshooting equipped logging system.
  • Lighter PC client.
  • Meeting space management and user travel issues have been resolved with BJ.
  • Quick setup help in less waiting time.
  • Provided relationship building with any third party without presence of location.
User licensing and options on easy application.
BJ as a communication tool works well between countries, but call-in phone option is limited to a few countries only. If that can be improved and call-in function [is made available] free to demanding countries it will be a good tool.
I recommend BJ because of its options and tools provided to end consumer, and quality of any call as experienced.
