Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use mostly BlueJeans for meetings with external parties in different countries.
BlueJeans with both internet browser access, phone app, and dial in numbers is very convenient and flexible.
It is for us a reliable dial-in service that we can easily set up for any of our remote meetings.

- Efficient and easy integration with Outlook.
- User-friendliness.

Cons
- Account settings need to be changed on browser instead of app and the process is not so intuitive.
- Some locations do not have dial-in numbers.
- Significant communication cost savings.
We used to use regular dial-in (phone only) service.
This service was much more costly and included much less interesting features (Outlook integration).
We never regretted switching to BlueJeans.
