Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans for internal meetings and coordination, for meetings with customers and to perform online training for our customers when the number of participants is less than 20. When we need to perform classes with more than 20 attendants (Webinars) we used WebinarJam.
The whole organization used BlueJeans, but in some cases the customers prefer other applications like Meet or Teams.

Pros
- Online training and excellent recording to be downloaded.
- Coordination meetings with sharing screens and other functions.
- BlueJeans is very stable. We have an excellent average of perfect meetings.
Cons
- The main problem is that BlueJeans is not so well known like others, and customers prefer their own applications.
- Increase the size of storage for recording meetings.
- Integration with iOS or macOS calendar.
- We maintain our operational continuity during quarantine.
- We reduce the costs and time of travel. We can operate with our international customers without problems.
- Cisco Webex Meetings, Google Hangouts Meet, Teams Manager for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business (formerly Lync), WebinarJam and EverWebinar
I know BlueJeans through a customer (Inchcape) and I prefer the design, stability and security.
For events I use WebinarJam, I've never used BlueJeans Events in order to compare.
