Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
At the beginning, it was a tool that was acquired in a consolidated way by CONACyT and that was given to us by the research centers belonging to it. It was used occasionally and in addition to our videoconferencing equipment, but little by little it gained ground and largely displaced the teams assigned to it, and at present it is the main communication tool used in my Institution due to the health emergency that has forced us to work at home.

The use of rooms within a videoconference has been very useful to us, especially in the degree exams since at the time of deliberation of the synods they can be transferred to these rooms to determine the result and in a very simple way they can be reintegrated into the General videoconference, also in the workshops you can have a general group and at some point partition by specialties within each of these rooms and later meet to conclude.
The command center has been very useful for us because there we can manage the various assigned accounts, review the times of use as well as their last access, data can be obtained for graphs and tables and keep a permanent record of their use, they can also be enabled certain characteristics to users or cancel them, it is a very useful option for its administration and delivery of results.
In this case, the use of BlueJeans over Microsoft Teams has made us aware of notable differences, for example with BlueJeans you can program several videoconference sessions with the same license, which with Teams you cannot, in general several functions are similar but now BlueJeans exceeds the number of simultaneous screens that Teams has, in addition to the connectivity with videoconferencing equipment that BlueJeans has directly and that Teams does not have that option unless it is used by third parties such as BlueJeans itself.
