Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Events

Within the organization, BlueJeans Events were used primarily to support online lectures, meetings, and live streams to communicate information from events to a large group of individuals. They are an effective form of mass communication that are pre-planned and widely accessible.

To maintain, support, and manage BlueJeans Event, some technical soft skills and troubleshooting skills are necessary. Additionally, in order for this product to function well, it is typically necessary to have some presenter, lecturer, or primary communicator as well as a large audience. BlueJeans Events work well with very large groups and all parties must be comfortable with some technical skills for smooth use.

Additionally, the BlueJeans Events are a somewhat passive form of presenting, which is not ideal for the use cases within the organization.
