Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
I used it for my organization for online training and meetings with clients. Also, for recording training, it has been good. One issue has been that it seems to be tricky to use on a mobile phone. On a desktop, it has been very good. I like the screen sharing function and recording function the best.

- Joining from mobile phones isn't easy you need to download an app.
- Adjusting group meeting settings for different scenarios is a bit confusing.

Using Meetings Events has been great for online training. I like the recording function and having the moderator link is very good, so this can be passed on to multiple moderators to coordinate the event. We like the function of being able to give participants a link and they can join from their website browser.

I have used Zoom, which works very similarly to BlueJeans. However, Zoom's security and privacy features are not adequate. With servers in China as well, that was not suitable for our business.
