Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
I was using BlueJeans to set up meetings with members of the public from across the country, it was being used between 1 - 20 participants and it was just me that was using the account. I was trialing BlueJeans to see if it was a useful tool for us to use in other areas of our work.
- Simple to login.
- Easy to set up meetings.
- Relatively simple to join meetings.
- There was no breakout room feature.
- Sometimes the quality could be poor.
- There was no option to poll participants.
- BlueJeans was useful to quickly set up and start meetings.
- BlueJeans aided our communication methods to expand beyond email.
- BlueJeans was also more ethically sound than some alternatives.

I initially selected BlueJeans over Zoom because I understood there was no questionable ethics behind BlueJeans and it was recommended by a coworker. I continued to used BlueJeans because it was simple and easy to use and had a monthly subscription which I prefered to automatically having to pay upfront for the year.
