Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use this product at the school level for videoconferencing and it is a really good product. It is superior to Zoom because of the high quality of audio and video and I am able to hear the presenters clearly throughout. I highly recommend this product to all that want a better experience in teleconference communications.

BlueJeans is superior in every category compared to these other apps and the quality is unmatched however it does need better customer service support and more monthly deals on payment plans. Their customer service is good but it can get to be great in due time as well. Overall a great service.

Likelihood to Recommend

I used this product when our Zoom account was malfunctioning and it was pretty great. However when we found out that we would start getting charged right away for the product my administrator felt a bit uneasy. This product is less appropriate when you have a larger audience and need to relay your message to 50 or more people.

Bluejeans Meetings is the go to application for teleconferencing
