Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
I needed a platform that not only had video conferencing capabilities but also the option for breakout rooms and have our external users be able to join from any device, operating system, or browser --without sacrificing security. BlueJeans checked the boxes on all these things, and our team used it for many many calls.
- Virtual Meetings.
- Breakout Sessions.
- Collab Board.
- None
- Saved time and money on travel.
- I was able to cross collaborate with other teams in real-time which led to an increase in meeting productivity.
Not only did BlueJeans help us internally, it really shined when getting our external users on a quick call, WITHOUT the need for them to download and install an additional application on their device. I can't begin to count how many times we heard, "Oh, there's no need to download anything to join?" It was relieving, to say the least.
The audio really stood out while using BlueJeans. The voices came in clear and were a step above Zoom or Microsoft Teams. A really nice feature of BlueJeans was when a user started to speak; their voice gradually transitioned in without the loud jerking. This really helped when using headphones as it was easy on the ears. I personally truly enjoyed this function, though some users may not have as sensitive of ears as me.

We needed a tool that allowed our external users to effortlessly join and collaborate with our internal team. This is where this tool really shines compared to some of the others. BlueJeans fit the need and when it was time for collaboration we were thrilled to hear BlueJeans offered the Breakout Sessions. Some of the others mentioned do not offer the Breakout Sessions, and if they do, maybe less intuitive. This allowed us to divide the full audience into smaller groups so we could collaborate within specialties and bring back findings to the larger group --all within the same tool.
