Overall Satisfaction with BluePay

Our organization used BluePay as our sole credit card processor for receiving donations as a non-profit. At the time we began using them, they were the only processor available to work with Bloomerang, our previous CRM.
  • Detailed transaction reports
  • Robust transaction search feature
  • Customer service
  • Internal communication and organization
  • Overall fairly neutral. They got the job done.
  • Other processors can update expired CC info for recurring gifts. Since BP didn't, we often missed out on donors' intended gifts.

Do you think Clover delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Clover's feature set?

Yes

Did Clover live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Clover go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Clover again?

Yes

BluePay certainly got the job done. Our transactions were processed. But the layout of their two sites (BluePay and CardPointe) and the customer service confusion between the two was challenging to navigate. We also found that their follow up communication was lacking. They even failed to get back to us multiple times regarding their own rented equipment, and we were unable to return an item to them until nearly a year later. And we were never charged even for the initial rental. That was just one example of how their internal communication and organization were lacking.

BluePay Support

While some reps were beneficial, others came across disinterested. Never once did their support team get back to me if we left an issue open, and they told me they would follow up.
