Overall Satisfaction with BoardPro
As General Manager and Board Member I am the main user of board pro in the organisation.
I use it to create streamlined board meetings each Quarter. I upload any required docs (as does our CFO) before board meetings and send out board packs before meetings so everyone has time to read through and be prepared for each board meeting.
It removes the problem of not being organised for board meetings.
Plus it is a place where all tasks and actions are recorded and allocated to different board members.

- Ability to upload documents
- Ability to create a Board Pack - which can be sent out via the software to board members
- A place to record minutes during the board meeting
- Ability to upload large excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to duplicate previous meeting so a lot of time is saved creating each board meeting
- Ability to allocate actions to members and these are sent out automatically - plus reminders sent out if not implemented.
- Minutes can be created in meetings, with notes, tasks and actions
- Actions from previous board meeting are carried over from previous meeting and it can be seen if they have been completed or not and by whom.
- It has made meetings more enjoyable and flow faster
- We are able to get through the formal agenda quickly and focus on strategy
- The strategic decisions that have occurred as a direct result of using BoardPro have added real value to Search Republic
