Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used it to sign project initiation minutes and project contracts. Using it for project initiation and end of project minutes gives us formality and BoldSign is the simple and reliable platform we need. I would recommend it to any company that needs to sign documents electronically and wants to do it in a simple, effective and reliable way.

I love that it has the pricing scheme that it does. It's flexible and scalable.
They have a free subscription for you to try it out
Not having a document signed by the client is sometimes more expensive.

Usability

It is really simple. The interface is clean, friendly and very simple. I chose it just for that. Everything is easy, from creating your account to storing your documents and viewing them whenever you need them.

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign

The price-performance ratio is better with BoldSign. If I want to scale up to the next level and then go back, I can do it easily with BoldSign, unlike Adobe, for example. If you want to try another application, that's fine. They all do the same thing. In my experience, the ease of use, sourcing and functionality was perfect with BoldSign.

It is a good ally for signing documents. Scenarios? Well, it can be anything from a sales or product proposal to a formal contract. We use it for proposals, project start and end protocols, delivery of materials, contracts.

Well, practically any document that requires the formality of an acceptance signature.
