Overall Satisfaction with Bonita BPM
Bonita is mainly used for our order entry processes. It is also used for workflow for order approval and integration with Oracle R12.
- Easy worflow design and update.
- Form creation can be done by non IT resources.
- Roles and users are really managed well.
- The web portal does not allow advanced search.
- Standard connector does exist for SAP but not for Oracle EBS.
- ROI was less than a year, we did remove resources by automation of processes.
- Monitoring of our processes is a key driver to our success.
