Overall Satisfaction with Bonusly

We use Bonusly to improve motivation in our team and also feedback beetween each other. It helped with our environment and relashionships.

Pros

  • Funny gifs
  • Good gift cards and prizes
  • Visually pretty

Cons

  • More options on prizes
  • Be more easy to exchange for paypal money
  • More visually with the company brand
  • Improved the environment, leading us to a GPTW achieviement
  • Better results on environment surveys
  • Improved the relationship
Its very easy and intuitive plataform, I never had problems in using it or with my empolyees.

I think Bonusly will be helpful for any remote teams that wants to improve the environment, feedback and relashionships between the team. Maybe wont work for non remote teams.
