Overall Satisfaction with Box

The agency I work for used Box across the entire organization, including all departments and office locations. Box is our enterprise solution for cloud storage, file sharing and collaborating.
  • Drag and drop uploading for easy, quick file storage.
  • All file types supported.
  • You can preview most files before you download them.
  • Lock files and set permissions for extra security.
  • Search often results in many results. I suggest an advanced search feature.
  • The option to compress files would be useful.
  • Box promotes organization and creates efficiencies across offices
  • Centralized place for all files.
Box is a great solution for file storage, sharing and management. Whether a personal account, or for a large company or organization, Box has the capacity to meet your needs. I have no issues with Box. The one thing I would recommend is to develop a folder organization strategy before you start uploading files.
