Overall Satisfaction with BQE Core

We use BQE Core as our project management, time and expense keeper, and invoicing system. It really helps us keep track of everything needed for a project and keep everyone informed. We have [made] great use of the various reports within the system to determine costs needed for other projects as well.

Very easy to use and easy to implement for new employees.
Always very quick and helpful whenever I need it.
Any time I have ever had a question or issue, Customer Support is quick to resolve or training [is] available to teach best practices. There is so much within this software that it is easy to not see what you might need to do. Finally figuring out the need and the way to create budgets has really changed the way we can bill out our projects with out overspending! We are also connected to QuickBooks and they were a dream to work with walking through the integration. There are monthly webinars, and quarterly they go over newly released features. Most of which are recommendations made by users, and they encourage users to make these suggestions.
