Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
I've been using Brevo for nearly 8 years. This tool came in very handy when I was doing my PhD. I had built a questionnaire that I had to send out to over 5,000 members of a university and follow up on. The tools available on the platform enabled me to schedule my mailings at specific dates and times, in order to improve my response rate. What I liked most was being able to see the click-through rate on the various links in my questionnaires. Also, the fact that I could follow up with those who hadn't opened my email helped me achieve a response rate that exceeded all expectations. Experts had predicted that I wouldn't get more than an 8% response rate, due to the theme I was dealing with (conflicts of interest) and the length of the questionnaire. However, I succeeded in obtaining over 25% of responses, which enabled me to produce some very significant statistics for this project. Subsequently, thanks to my recognized skills in this field, I was able to secure a contract as a university researcher for further work involving 25,000 people worldwide. Without Brevo, this would have been impossible. It's one of the most powerful and cost-effective e-mail creation tools I've found on the Internet, and what's more, it's available in French.
