Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
We use Brevo to send e-mail campaigns and to keep a list of contacts. We have between 300-400 recipients of the campaigns and send them about once a month, to keep the contacts informed of the latest news (newsletter).
Pros
- creating newsletter
- adding attachments to newsletter
- managing a list of contacts
Cons
- the difference between lists and segments is unclear
- Sometimes contacts are dropped from the mailing lists when they should have been retained.
- Our contacts are happy with the way the information is provided.
- It has allowed us to reach our members quickly.
