Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
We use Brevo to reach out to our potential and current customers, with simple newsletters. Its also the place where we store and manage the list of our client emails.
Pros
- track marketing campains
- user friendly interface with all necessary options
- design of a campain very intuitive and helpful
Cons
- when going to Brevo website, there is no login button!
- the home page of the app is not very informative and could be improved
- legal issues taken into account in the GDPR issues
- better understanding on why some type of clients do not respond
as far as i remember, in my opinion, Brevo is better than mail chimp
