Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
We needed a bulk emailing platform to inform members and the general public about our opportunities. We use the platform to send emails out about open positions, fellowships, programs, and some general announcements. The platform was also a great solution to allow us to send colorful emails with photos without knowing how to code.
Pros
- Setting time to send emails.
- Adding images.
- Text alignment.
Cons
- Sometimes, the font isn't always easy to control.
- Difficult, not "easy," not to have hyperlinks underlined and turned blue.
- Limited blocks of text and images from the start, but it can be manipulated.
- More engagement.
- More notice because of the colorful images and text.
- Can tell who opens and who is interested.
