We leverage the Bridge Learning Platform for streamlined training administration, centralized learning resource management, compliance training, and professional development initiatives. The platform facilitates automated training assignment and offers a tiered access resource library. We are able to use canned or custom resources. Additionally, we utilize its reporting capabilities to track and analyze skill gaps within our workforce.

Bridge Learning Platform integrates smoothly into our HRIS system. I have used Bridge with both Ceridian Dayforce and UKG and the integration is seamless with both programs. There is a high level of customizability with regards to the data import/export capabilities of Bridge. Bridge also has a strong customer support program.

Bridge Learning Platform is well suited for structured, position based training journeys. There are strong capabilities within the system to create a learning path that is easy to navigate. It is helpful for information based, compliance type of content. Bridge Learning Platform is less helpful when engagement is desired within the training environment. It is difficult to create opportunities for users to interact or collaborate.
