Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BrightHR for storing and monitoring the training of all our staff as well as issuing out the weekly rota. We also have the BrightSafe add on for H&S advice relevant to our business.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Very professional service
Very helpful people at the end of the phone
Everything on the PC works just as well on the App version

Cons

I would like to see the rota function be developed more so that we could select work locations rather then including that in the notes
It would be good to see an equipment section in the H&S bit where we could store all the certification and inspections with reminders similar to the training in the HR software

Return on Investment

It makes my role so much easier to monitoring training and reduces the time is spend uploading personal information etc

Usability

I am really impressed with this service so far but doubt we are using it anywhere near its full potential

Bright HR is well suited to our business as we can upload certification and then allow the workforce themselves to access it also.

We don't tend to use the Risk assessment function as it would be better if we were able to just upload documents we had created directly to it.
