Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

We are a small organisation and use BrightHR for monitoring annual leave, other absences and recording and approving expenses.

Pros

  • User friendly website
  • Excellent app for use on the go
  • Responsive customer service
  • Useful calendar showing all team absences

Cons

  • Mileage calculated using Googlemaps on PoPHR App is not always accurate despite using the same postcodes each time.
  • Hugely positive impact allowing us to move away from hard copy expense forms to simple, online recording of expenses and mileage
  • We have moved away from a wall chart monitoring annual leave to a clear, easy to use, annual leave approval system that can be accessed via a mobile phone app.

Excellent for our small organisation, allowing us to move away from hard copy expense forms to simple online expense recording. Simple and user friendly in relation to booking/approving annual leave. Free HR advice for our small team with no HR department is invaluable.
