We are a small organisation and use BrightHR for monitoring annual leave, other absences and recording and approving expenses.
Pros
- User friendly website
- Excellent app for use on the go
- Responsive customer service
- Useful calendar showing all team absences
Cons
- Mileage calculated using Googlemaps on PoPHR App is not always accurate despite using the same postcodes each time.
- Hugely positive impact allowing us to move away from hard copy expense forms to simple, online recording of expenses and mileage
- We have moved away from a wall chart monitoring annual leave to a clear, easy to use, annual leave approval system that can be accessed via a mobile phone app.
