Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

We use it to store file data, manage rotas , train staff and manage leave requests

Pros

  • Has alot of trainings offered to staff
  • Has a sensitive section in staff profile for things like passport, ni number etc
  • Easy to navigate

Cons

  • The trainings staff do on bright hr when they upload it it should save automatically on a folder in their profile directly
  • The certificates should save automatically with the dates on it
  • If when creating a staff profile, you chose annual leave to be in hours instead of days, we should be able to then change that
It is quite good. Has alot of useful features such as the inbuilt learning / trainings. I really like the clock in function where admin can update or edit staff clock in times. I love the easily accessable annual leave section where we can easily see wat annual leave a staff has. However what would be useful is for 0 hour staff due to them not automatically having 17/28 days annual leave, if it can calculate itbased on hours they work

When creating staff profile, i love how we are able to create different folders for different things.

It is less suited when staff complete their trainings and we then have to manually download all their certificate and put in the folders we have created rather than it automatically going into their profiles. It just makes things longer to do
