Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR
BrightHR has allowed us to stream line throughout the organisation, we have now got personal information uploaded and available at the touch of a button. It allows staff members to be independent and accountable for booking there own holidays and leave dates, rather than filling out a paper form, it also helps with looking through holiday dates when needed and keeping totals correct.
Pros
- Holding Personal Information
- Easy to log in and out
- Easy for users to use
Cons
- Rotas need to show total numbers of staff added
- Needs to understand peoples separate shift patterns
- Needs to understand different lengths of shifts
- The reports are useful
- It is now used to help the Director with wages on a monthly basis
- It has streamlined and digitised Leave requests for the staff
