Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR

We've just enrolled with BrightHR to aid help a cleaner documentation, such as employee files, holiday recording etc..

Pros

  • Easy to use for both management and employees
  • Good documentation ready to use
  • Clean process and functionality
  • Less time in the office spent on HR jobs, more time to focus on sales
  • Everyone in the business knows where they stand with contracts, rates of pay etc
  • Peace of mind being able to control it all on one portal

We originally recorded holidays by paper and verbal approvals, this was messy across the business as approvals weren't always recorded correctly meaning the business did not always know when employees were on annual leave. BrightHR has made recording annual leave incredibly easier, as it's all managed online rather than trying to track down paper copies.
