Overall Satisfaction with BrightHR
In a small business that requires HR Support and Services but can't afford a dedicated HR Person, the tools and services BrightHR have given us have really helped us bridge the gap.
Tasks like recording Holidays, Annual Leave, Expenses, Overtime etc. are much easier now and as a result much more accurate.

Pros
- Easy to record absences and work out Annual Leave entitlement
- Easy to complete Return To Work interviews
- Easy to manage Expenses
Cons
- Sales process was inaccurate and felt pushy
- Long Term contract only given until pushed
- Notifications aren't linked back to actions (e.g. you get a notification, click it and go to home page and not able to action notifications like overtime requests)
- Saves precious time when you don't have a dedicated HR person
