Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

We use Brightmine to keep our handbooks up to date, including state addendums and to keep up with on going legal updates. There is too much to keep up with on our own so by using Brightmine it makes it easy to stay up to date and involved with new laws to keep us in compliance.

Brightmine has saved us time and money regarding our HR strategy for our company. We can count on the information in the Brightmine system and from the customer service we receive. We are so thrilled with this system and how easy it is to use. I am able to stay up to date with all legal compliance thanks to this system.
We are able to stay up to date and ensure we are following all changing federal and state laws because of this system. So many states are constantly changing or implementing new laws and we are in 40 states so having this information readily available makes this system so valuable.
In my opinion, Brightmine blows SHRM away! Brightmine is easy to use, easy to follow, very competent and reliable. I think SHRM is difficult to use and very convoluted. In my experience, the customer service with SHRM is up to a week to respond but with Brightmine is usually 24 hours, what a difference. I really enjoy everything about Brightmine and what it has to offer.

This system replaced the SHRM system for me. I think it is easier to use and find what I need faster. I really enjoy the data that is provided and I like that it helps grows my skills and knowledge. I am the primary use for our company but if any of my HR friends outside my organization ask about this I am happy to tell them they need this system!
