Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

For employment issues, I call the legal advice line. For everyday documentation I use the forms and letters. If there is a situation I haven't dealt with in a long time, I use the process documents to refresh my memory on how to tackle it. The business in general doesn't have many issues but Brightmine helps in a standalone role have things more accessible.

Pros

  • Legal Advice line is exceptional
  • Forms and letters are detailed and cover a wide variety of topics
  • Great for a template to start writing policies

Cons

  • Expand the letter and form hub to cover even more topics
  • Add an element to help with immigration law
  • Reduced legal and HR expenditures

It's a very useful tool, especially in a standalone role like my own, when tackling topics that you would usually go to a colleague to get assistance, you can speak to someone on the legal team or review best practice guides on how it should be dealt with
