Pros
- Telephone advice with a dedicated advisor for a particular case
- A vast information about HR topics and Employment Law
- Policy templates are very useful and cover all the required fields
- Letter templates (though letter templates are quite vague sometimes
Cons
- The search engine is not as responsive to the exact search words
- Letter templates are quite vague and short and might miss some important information that needs included
- Depends on the topic, sometimes it is difficult to find the relevant information
- Commercial risk - advice given by the advisors has helped reducing this by taking an holistic approach on specific cases and considering all the potential risks
- Letter templates - saving time on preparing this from scratch
- Policies, save cost on hiring a lawyer to prepare them

Not sure if I have been in touch with customer success experts or if this is the same - we always communicate with the advisors in relation to specific cases. Happy with their service and we continue to use this service.
