Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine across the HR team to get legal advice, template documents for HR matters, get a better understanding of best practices, keep up to date with changes in our world, advice on policies (what's required, how to structure, how to implement) obtain salary benchmarking data and I have also used it for support on completing my level 5 CIPD as source material

We use the compliance centre, we use the compensation planning tool, we use to pay equity analytics
It enables me to efficiently understand the requirements of particular activties, as well as best practice and what 'good' looks like
I have had little interaction with the customer services team because I am registered user on the licence and it is a colleague in my team who manages the contract and deals with any issues that we have so it's hard for me to comment on this specific question due to lack of exposure
