Brightmine is used for Salary benchmarking annually and for specific jobs. This enables us to keep our pay grades aligned with market rates and thereby to pay fair rates to our employees.

- Create better tools for matching organisational roles with the Brightmine benchmark roles. This is a difficult exercise at the moment.
- Difficult to quantify, but having a single reliable source of salary data vastly simplifies annual salary grade reviews.
Compensation planning.
Essential to our annual salary review.
We have not used any Brightmine experts beyond Compensation Planning and even for this we reply on the online data rather than on the Brightmine team.
