Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
BrowserStack helps us to resolve a major business problem of testing the compatibility with multiple devices by enabling us with a wide range of live devices. We have a requirement to use it for both web view and mobile view by installing an application that can also be integrated with Firebase. The BS team has thought through all typical use cases a company would look for.
Pros
- Providing wide range of live devices with most latest and popular ones.
- Wide range of integration with products.
- Easy use by providing a simple UI.
Cons
- While acquiring a BS license, we had trouble understanding the pricing structure. It was very difficult for us to understand the plans and pricing.
- It would be good if there are combo plans like APP automate and live device, etc in the plan.
- Live devices with different os and versions.
- BS provides us with a wide range of live devices, which helps us integrate our test automation framework to test our scenarios against our application.
We had to maintain a load of realtime mobile devices also had to acquire latest devices when it is in the market for use. And also, we had to manually install applications and test it across multiple devices.

This feature is well suited for our needs to cover more testing against various live devices across different OS and versions
