Overall Satisfaction with Buddy Punch

We use Buddy Punch as our time tracking software. We are able to use it to verify that people are punching in / out at the correct location. It keeps track of vacation and holidays for us. It's also used to process our payroll.

Super user friendly. Has pull down menus on top which tells you exactly what you need to do.
Customer services is soooo much better. Any problems I would have with isolved would take 2+ weeks to get solved.
