Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt

We use Budgyt for our monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Our general ledger is QuickBooks Online, which doesn't provide out of the box functionality for forecasting and variance reporting.

After considering other applications, it was a no-brainer to select Budgyt

Pros

  • Excellent consolidated reporting
  • Importing and Exporting data is extremely easy
  • Customer support is excellent
  • Our growing used Excel for budgeting purposes. Budgyt quickly replaced it and I can't be happier
  • Monthly reporting in Excel was painful. Budgyt has improved our reporting turn around time at a minimum of 3 business days!
Budgyt is perfect for our organization at a fraction of the cost and easier to implement.

  • The ability to create Scenarios on the fly is very useful if you need to compare versions of budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
  • Reporting is available in detail or summary levels. We use both.
  • Customer support is quick to respond and very helpful.
