Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt

We use Budgyt for budgeting & forcasting and it helps us solve the problems we used to face while using excel, as we have multiple companies and multiple departments that are involved for our annual budget. Its a user friendly tool and easy to learn and makes our day to day life easy.

Pros

  • Solution for ultimate budeting needs.
  • Provide each and every detail to GL levels.
  • HR module is quite interesting where we can setup the whole payroll for budgeting.

Cons

  • Inside setting up HR forumlas, it should give more than one filter criteria.
  • Application got slow after putting the information of HR module and formuals, need to speed up.
  • Selection of multiple companies with different GLs can be an option where it is lacking.
  • Didn't see the multicurrency feature, can be a good add on.

  • Accessible anywhere because of cloud feature.
Yes, it is designed to deal with large amount of data and we use it for our 75 different departments in multiple companies. After introducing HR formulas, it is a little slow now, where technical team is working and hopefully will be solved soon. Wish you best of luck budgyt team.
Yes, we are using it for our multiple departments in different companies and it is serving the purpose. It has the feature of multiple budget scenarios to work with and make comparisons for year over year as well as multiple scenarios for 1 year. This software is designed to hold the entities buget for cost/profit centres.

One of the best budgeting softwares in market. And as it is could basaed so can be accessible from anywhere. Cloud basesd feature makes it a little slow for a big company database, where the budgyt team needs to work to make it super fast and super easy without any annoying time to wait for loading things.
