Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt

Budgyt has saved me a great deal of time when it comes to managing my school's finances. It's very easy to use, and the features really simplified my budgeting process. The user-friendly dashboard allows me to easily move in and out of each school's finances and departments. Creating budgets with multiple scenarios is an amazing tool. The customer support team is also very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this software to anyone needing a cost-effective way to move away from excel. Budgyt will save you money and still provide the same functionality of some of these more costly products.

It's very user-friendly in providing a dashboard that allows the user to easily manage major budget components. The drill-down feature is a great tool, the more detail the better in reviewing financials. Reporting is customizable and provides a multitude of options I never had with excel. Being able to track changes really helps in understanding the overall financial health of the school.
Budget scenarios are amazing, when it comes to educational funding, were always having to pivot. Having multiple scenarios for financial planning is key to being economically sustainable. We can quickly add services or staffing based upon funding adjustments/projections and see if they will work in our current climate. This supports leaderships ability to make quicker decisions.
It was the most cost-effective while also providing all the features I needed.

This is my first program, using Excel for as long as I have, I wish I moved to Budgyt sooner. It provides a piece of mind you cannot get with Excel. It streamlines all my departments and allows for accurate, real-time reporting. Having all my school's budgets in one platform saves me a great deal of time. Also, having the ability to easily compare them is really helpful.
