Buildium is being used across the whole company. All of our client transactions, documents submitted, task management, service calls and every important detail are saved in this system.

- Report generation.
- Automatic copying of emails to a certain task.
- Overdue task alert emails.
- It makes client interaction easier by the quick references provided by the system.
- The service turnover is faster as well with Buildium through the in-system task management for each specific employee.
Time Doctor is a totally different type of system and does not directly affect Buildium as our property management software.
