Overall Satisfaction with CakeHR

We use CakeHR across the whole organization. Everybody in the office uses it to manage their days off. It allows us to have a good overview per person on the working days, days off, overtime, etc. This overview wasn't there before at our company and everything was tracked manually.

Pros

  • Super easy and usable system.
  • Great customer service; listens to feedback and does something with it, answers really quickly.
  • A good overview per team for managers.
  • An app available for every employee to quickly arrange a request.

Cons

  • Not all features for an HR system are available in CakeHR, but they are working on it to improve and expand
  • The system shows us all days off and overtime, so we can manage this and know everything is like agreed in the contract.
  • A simple and affordable system with room to grow.
This is the first HR system we have used in our company.
I would really recommend it to other companies. Especially to companies like ours, startups, 10+ employees. CakeHR gives you a good overview of all the teams, days off, and you have all the data about employees in one system.
