Overall Satisfaction with Canto
Really enjoyed working with the Canto and organizing a massive library of files (from scratch). Everyone from their team - first contacts and all the way to their account manager was really helpful in the process. I particularly like the GD connectivity and being able to bring our files quickly and automatically. Tagging and searching functions are great too. Platforms looks slick and I am looking forward to using it more and expand it to other games we have.
- GD connectivity is great (upload functions)
- Platform is fast and easy to use
- Portals are great for sharing files quickly with our partners
- GD connectivity still has a lot of space to be improved (speed and overall function)
- Some of the UI things could be better customized for each company (personal preference really)
- I'd love to have an easier download function for the files
- More efficiency (quicker way to find files)
- Tagging improved my workflow
- Easy access to all our team members is making a lot of processes better
